Nike Flash Pack
What else can be said about the Air Force 1? We won’t even waste your time trying to come up with something new, and just get straight to the point. The Nike Flash Pack features two new colorways of Bruce Kilgore’s 1982 classic. At first glance, they are very different from one another, but the commonality is in the fact that they feature 3m reflective tape throughout the uppers. Although they’re night and day from each other, both pairs from this pack are a must have for any die hard Air Force fan. The Nike Flash Pack will be available 10AM EST at UBIQ, in-store and online, on Saturday, October 5th. Each shoe is $100.
The first pair we’ll look at is a high top, comprised of a mostly white leather and textile upper. Accenting for the Swoosh and heel are done in Reflective Silver 3M material, standing out gloriously with the all-white backdrop. The strap around the ankle is also done in white, but the buckle is solid silver. Lettering on the tongue is done in Silver while the lettering on the heel is white stitching. A white midsole keeps the theme going strong, with silver Air branding breaking it up. A Silver hued outsole wraps things up, utilizing Nike’s signature grip pattern.
The second pair is a little busier, mixing many shades of few colors. Its high tip silhouette is comprised of grey, black and again the 3M reflective tape, this time in Metallic Pewter. The shiny stuff makes up the toe cap overlay and connects to run up alongside the laces, creating the eyelets. A darker grey patent leather Swoosh stems from a similar heel accent, and adorns both sides amidst a lighter grey nubuck upper. A black tonal tiger camouflage pattern accounts for the canvas heel region, which sprouts all the way up the whole height of the shoe. A fair grey strap holds you down with support, while red laces sit on a dark grey-lined black tongue. Branding on both the tongue and heel are a dark orange. A white midsole sits on top of a grey midsole to complete the look.
Swing by UBIQ to check out the Nike Flash Pack at 10AM EST, both in-store and online, on Saturday, October 5th. Again, both pairs are running $100 each. Which do you like better?
