First seen during Kevin Durant’s last stop in France for his European tour, his most recent elating signature shoe KD VI, were nonetheless inspired by his favorite snack and our most loved sandwich, PB&J. Who doesn’t love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Kevin Durant shows his love for this sandwich through his latest sneaks, Nike KD VI “PBJ.”

The KD VI PB&J features a colorway of a laser orange upper and outsole representing the peanut butter aspect of the sandwich and a sparkling raspberry red food-themed Swoosh.  The tongue of the shoe, medial-side panel and the midsole accent are garnished in black.

We are seeing more and more colorways inspired not only from basketball events or accomplishments, but from nonrelated matters which are completely out of the ordinary and sometimes amusing. The Nike KD VI “PBJ” is sure to be talked about  whether it signifies the OKC Thunder’s rival team’s color or everyone’s  favorite childhood snack. Snatch back a piece of your sweet childhood on the court with the Nike KD VI “PBJ.”

These KD VI “PB&J” will be available at UBIQ on Saturday, October 19, 2013 for the price of $130.
