Nike Lunar Fly 306 QS Pack
First made available in Tokyo, the Nike Lunar Fly 306’s are finally starting to see some American releases as well. Combining an extremely unorthodox one-piece upper with some really loud colorways, these Quick Strikes were built to give you a whole new running experience. For as simple as they look, the fit is second to none, feeling like a rather comfortable second sock. In classic form, the shoe sits on a grippy black outsole and a Lunarlon midsole that work together, creating a high performance shoe.
Nike Lunar Fly 306 QS shoes feature black for the overlay, strap and toe box swoosh, but the predominately solid upper varies as they come in one of the three bright colorways. The laceless upper is about as weightless as you can get, featuring a Hyperfuse mesh construction. The midfoot area is home to a black suede overlay which blends into a leather Velcro strap that ensures you won’t be doing any slipping in these shoes unless it’s putting them on. Nike’s famous Just Do It slogan runs across the strap in bold white lettering, serving as the shoe’s stand out feature. We all know how Nike does things though, and no matter how free they keep you feeling, they never leave you unprotected.
All the technical specs aside, as we mentioned earlier the colors are definitely loud. Challenge Red, University Blue, and Volt are all colors Nike has utilized in the past but they manage to use their bright hues to look completely one-of-a-kind on these runners. They’re going for $95, and the release date is September 21st; 10am in-store and 11am online.
