Peter Fahey’s Sneaker Pimps Tour got its start in Sydney, Australia. Since its humble beginnings in 2003 it has traveled to over 60 cities around the world with more than 200 shows. Over the years there have been some seriously heavy hitting contributing artists involved with the tour, such as: Futura, Dave White, Stash, Shepard Fairey, SBTG, Mister Cartoon, Doze, Bigfoot, Cope2, and so many more. Some skate companies have gotten behind the event in the past as well, including bigger names like Nike SB, Zoo York, and 5Boro. This year’s performer, Travi$ Scott, has some pretty big shoes to fill left behind from past live acts like Nas, EPMD, DJ Premier, Ghostface, The Beatnuts, Dan the Automator, Doc Octagon, Jeru, Pete Rock, CNN, Redman, and Public Enemy.

If the past editions of the tour have taught us anything, it’s that you definitely don’t want to miss it. Come buy, sell, and trade shoes, see the slam dunk demo, hear Travi$ Scott, and just have a good time. The TLA is located on 334 South St., and the event runs from 1PM-6PM on Sunday, October 6th. Tickets range from $15 to $100, and can be purchased here:  http://spdxcphilly.eventbrite.com/
